The Milkman's Cookies started with a simple idea and a market stall at HOTA Markets on the Gold Coast.

Back in November 2020, founder Aiden began selling freshly baked cookies at the iconic HOTA Markets, looking for a way to create something people would genuinely get excited about. What started as a side hustle quickly turned into something much bigger.

The early days were all about trial and error. Recipes were constantly being refined, flavours were tested on market customers, and every weekend provided valuable feedback. If people loved a cookie, they came back the following week.

HOTA Markets became the perfect testing ground, helping shape the products and brand that customers know today. The direct feedback from customers allowed us to refine our recipes, improve our range, and build a loyal following from the very beginning.

From the beginning, the goal was simple: create indulgent, bakery-style cookies made with premium ingredients and unforgettable flavours. The focus wasn't on making just another cookie. It was about creating an experience worth sharing.
