Milkman’s started with a simple mission to craft Australia’s best cookies. The kind you look forward to all day. 

In the early days it was late nights in the kitchen, markets on weekends, and a lot of trial and error. The first version of Milkman’s was small and constantly evolving, shaped by whatever worked, and what didn’t. Slowly, people started coming back and what began as something small quickly turned into something that felt worth building. Amy joined not long after and naturally stepped into the business alongside Aiden. 

We have been together for over 10 years, so growing Milkman’s together felt like a natural extension of life. As the business evolved, it became a partnership in every sense, shaped by shared ideas, long production days, and a lot of figuring things out as we went.

We are still hands on every day. Baking, packing, testing new flavours, and doing whatever needs to be done behind the scenes. The days can be full on and a little chaotic, but that is part of what makes it real.

As Milkman’s has grown, our cookies have found their way far beyond the kitchen. From cafés and retailers to gifting, collaborations and pop ups, some of our favourite moments come from creating something thoughtful with others.

Milkman’s has always been about more than just cookies. It is about comfort, small moments, and creating something people genuinely enjoy. Whether it is a weekly treat, a gift, or a quick stop with a coffee, we want every cookie to feel worth it.
